This is our last black deal. I'll tell you what happens after that...

In the future, Xeno will no longer be running any discount promotions such as Black Friday or similar.

We want fair prices for everyone and not to pressure you into rash impulse purchases.

There is a soft transition this year: 15% discount on all products with the old label.

We spent a long time thinking back and forth as a team about how we wanted to handle Black Friday - and similar campaigns in general. There was more than one discussion about it...


At Xeno, we have been critical of discounts since we were founded, as we find them unfair and they are often used to encourage spontaneous purchases. In recent years, I have decided to try discounts. But my team and I are not happy with them. I will explain why:


  • I don't see Xeno as a discount brand and I don't want to create incentives with large percentages year after year so that you feel like you're missing out on something.
  • We get messages saying that the skin is deteriorating again and desperately needs a Xeno discount. I don't want to encourage that.

I can understand if some people cannot afford all the products.

We are here for you too...help with tips on how to make your routine even more minimal, recommend third-party products if we don't have something...collect wishes and develop them...give free makeup and nutrition tips.

I train my team to be able to help you with all your questions and if they don't know what to do, I'm always there to help.

Because I founded Xeno with the intention of solving my and your skin problems. If we buy Xeno, it's a clear decision. And those who have been with me here for years know that too.

But in my opinion, a discount should not overshadow the priority of your own skin health. I don't want to encourage that or play along.

So we questioned the whole way we deal with discounts. Does this suit us? What can we learn from the last discount campaigns?

What is Xeno doing on Black Friday?

If we did it like the other brands, that would mean that we would add the discount to the regular shop price. That's what the other brands do. So in the end you don't pay less, the discount is already included. It's just not disclosed.

I don't want Xeno to raise prices just so we can offer discounts a few times a year.

But I know that some of you are waiting for a thank you campaign. That's why we're doing it like this:

No hard cut - but soft. Not a typical Black Friday deal but the last transitional offer:

From November 29th to December 2nd

15% off all products that still have the old label.

The products with the new design are currently coming into the shop. However, there are still some products with the old design, which are of course just as good. Depending on the product, there are still different numbers. You get 15% off the products in the old design.

Another note on price changes

As part of the new design, the available sizes for some products have changed. As part of this, we have recalculated all prices based on our current purchase prices. Fair prices are very important to us.

That's why we sometimes adjust prices slightly up or down. Price increases only take effect after Black Friday. You can already benefit from the lower prices now.
