Skin consultation with Lara

How much time you need depends on your questions. We'll give you a few examples of what could be discussed during the time. However, Lara will always address you individually, so you can discuss a topic in more detail if you want.

Package 1: 30 minutes

• Skin analysis (skin type and current condition) and recording of your previous skin care routine. Lara shows you how you can identify your skin type and current skin condition yourself.
• Defining your skin goals and personal desires.
• Lara will work with you to develop an individual skin care routine that is optimally tailored to your skin needs. She will explain the sensible order and application of the products. If no suitable product from Xeno is available, Lara will recommend alternatives from other brands. The goal is a calming and long-term healthy skin care strategy.
• Follow-up email: You will receive a detailed summary of the skin care routine we developed together, including application tips and targeted product recommendations that will ensure calm, healthy skin in the long term.

Package 2: 60 minutes

• Skin analysis (skin type and current condition) and inventory of your skin care routine. Lara shows you how you can assess your skin type and condition yourself.
• Defining your skin goals and desires.
• Lara will work with you to develop a skin care routine that is tailored to your exact needs and will explain the order and application of the products. If Xeno doesn't have a suitable product available, she will recommend alternative brands. The goal: a soothing, long-term skin care strategy.
• Analysis of your daily make-up: Lara checks the compatibility for your skin type and, if necessary, shows you stress-free alternatives from her selection of skin-friendly products that complement your routine.
• Follow-up email: Summary of the jointly developed skin care routine, makeup recommendations and personal application tips to ensure long-term skin health and routine tolerance.

Package 3: 90 minutes – Holistic online coaching

• Skin analysis (skin type and current condition) and inventory of your skin care routine, including instructions for self-assessment. Lara shows you how to identify your skin type and condition.
• Defining skin goals and desires.
• Lara will work with you to create a skin care routine tailored to your needs and will give you application instructions and product recommendations. The goal is a long-term, soothing care strategy.
• Testing your make-up for skin compatibility and integrating stress-free alternatives from Lara's product selection.
• Joint analysis of your eating habits to minimize skin inflammation. Lara discusses foods that are easy to integrate into your everyday life and gives you tips on snacks and alternatives.
• Introduction to relaxation techniques and selection of the method that best suits your everyday life to actively combat and reduce stress.
• Follow-up email: Detailed skin and makeup care plan, nutritional tips for skin health, and recommendations for stress management techniques.
• The goal is a holistic improvement of your skin condition and well-being.
