Terms of Service
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our natural cosmetics online shop . Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. Entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract, correction options
The purchase contract is concluded with Xeno GmbH .
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the steps provided for this purpose in the ordering process and use the explained correction aids. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The receipt of your order will be confirmed by e-mail immediately after the order has been sent.
When the contract is concluded with us depends on the payment method you have chosen:
Payment can be made either by :

- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
- Credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex)
- Immediate transfer (Klarna Sofort / Pay Now)
- Purchase on account (Klarna Pay Later)
- EPS transfer
- PayPal
We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods.
2.1 Prepayment
We accept your order by sending a declaration of acceptance in a separate email within two days, in which we give you our bank details.
2.2 Credit Card
When paying by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex), you send us your credit card details when you place your order. After your legitimation as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will be initiated automatically and your credit card will be charged when you place the order. The contract with us is concluded at the time the credit card is charged.
2.3 Klarna Instant
When paying with Klarna Sofort/Pay Now you will be forwarded to the Sofort GmbH payment form. Here you have to select your bank, log in with your online banking data and release the process with a TAN. The debit takes place immediately after placing your order.
We assign our payment claim to Klarna (Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm), so that a payment with a debt-discharging effect is only possible towards Klarna.
Please note that we are still responsible for general customer inquiries (e.g. about the goods, delivery time, shipment), returns, complaints, cancellation declarations and shipments or credit notes when paying by direct bank transfer via Klarna.
2.4 Klarna Invoice
For payment on account via Klarna "Pay later", Klarna checks your creditworthiness to determine whether you can be offered a payment on account. If payment on account is possible, you will receive an invoice from Klarna with a payment instruction no later than 5 days after the order has been sent or if more than 21 days have passed, regardless of whether you have already received the goods. If the order has not been shipped within 21 days, please contact us first and then Klarna to pause the payment period.
We assign our payment claim to Klarna (Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm), so that a payment with a debt-discharging effect is only possible towards Klarna.
Please note that even when paying by invoice via Klarna, we are still responsible for general customer inquiries (e.g. about the goods, delivery time, shipment), returns, complaints, cancellation declarations and shipments or credit notes.
2.5EPS
When paying by EPS transfer, after selecting the payment method, a central list of participating Austrian banks opens, where you can select your bank. Then enter your login data in the login window of your online banking and carry out the transfer immediately using a TAN. No registration is required for payment with EPS transfer.
2.6 PayPal
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment details and confirm the payment order to PayPal. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.
2.7 Apple Pay/Google Pay
When paying via Google or Apple Pay, you can initiate a payment transaction using your smartphone or wearable.
To pay with Google Pay, you must be registered with Google Pay. After selecting the Google Pay payment method, please enter your access data and confirm the payment with a payment method you have stored (credit card or giro card). The transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. The payment data you have stored with Google Pay will not be transmitted to us.
To pay with Apple Pay, you must be registered with Apple and have the Apple Pay feature enabled. After selecting the payment method, please enter your access data to your Apple account to identify yourself. Then please confirm the payment instruction for the payment with a payment method you have stored (credit card or giro card) to us. Payment is made immediately after placing the order.
3. Contract language, contract text storage
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form. You can view the text of the contract in our customer login.
4. Terms of Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. More about this under Shipping costs .
We only deliver by mail. Unfortunately, a self collection of the product is not possible.

6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
7. Damage in transit
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. The omission of a complaint or contact has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
8. Warranty and Guarantees
The statutory liability for defects applies. Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

9. Liability
We are always fully liable for claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents
• in the event of injury to life, limb or health
