Subscription terms and conditions

1. General

For many of our products, we offer the option of a convenient subscription. You can see whether a product is available as a subscription directly on the respective product page. A subscription is an alternative to the traditional one-time purchase.

2. Subscription options

For subscription products, you can choose between different delivery intervals. The available intervals can be selected on the product page and may vary depending on the product.

We offer two main options:

  • Flexible subscription: You pay per delivery.

  • Subscription with prepayment: You pay in advance for a fixed number of deliveries. This option is marked "Prepayment" on the product page.

3. Discounts

As a thank you for your regular orders, you will automatically receive a discount compared to the regular purchase price with the subscription.

  • After several successful deliveries, the discount increases automatically. For prepaid subscriptions, the discount scale is applied after completion of the first prepaid delivery series.

  • The respective discount structure is displayed transparently on the product page.

4. Contract duration & termination

All subscriptions automatically renew for the same period or number of deliveries as originally selected, unless cancelled before expiry.

  • Flexible subscriptions can be cancelled, paused or rescheduled at any time at the end of the current delivery period – directly via your customer account.

  • Subscriptions with prepayment can be cancelled after the paid number of deliveries has been completed. Early cancellation is not possible.

5. Changes & Administration

You can flexibly reschedule, pause, or change the delivery address – directly through your customer account.

6. Shipping costs

Subscription orders are subject to the same shipping costs as regular orders. You can find more information in our shipping policy.

8. Price changes

We reserve the right to change prices within the legally permissible limits. Of course, you will be informed of any price changes in advance and can object to the renewal of your subscription in this case.
