radish root ferment production

Lactic acid bacteria are used to make radish root ferment. This traditional Korean manufacturing method is also used to make gut-friendly kimichii. During the fermentation process, the bacteria secrete a peptide with antimicrobial properties, creating ferments.

Radish Root Ferment Effect

The ferments from the radish root are good food for the "good" bacteria on the skin, so that the skin microbiome is healthy. A healthy skin microbiome with lots of good bacteria offers no room for pathogenic bacteria, so that fewer inflammations can occur. Radish root ferment also has an antioxidant effect.
