The pH value of 5.5 corresponds to the natural properties of your skin. 100% natural cosmetics : no irritating alcohols, no irritating ingredients. The cream is without essential oils and without other fragrances .

Squalane is a natural component of the skin's own fat. It makes the skin soft and smooth and protects your skin from losing moisture naturally. And since the cream does not contain any fragrances or irritating ingredients, you can also use the base cream as a light eye cream. Squalane is not irritating to the eyes.

Application

Apply 1-2 pumps to slightly damp skin.

If this light cream doesn't provide enough moisture for you, you can add 1-3 drops of SAVE THE OCEAN pure squalane over or to your cream.

You can also use the Base Cream as an eye creambecause at Xeno we refrain from using any fragrances/essential oils, alcohols, or other irritating ingredients.

How does the Basis Creme differ from other Xeno products?

The COSY COCOONis the richer counterpart to the Basis Creme, primarily intended for dry and very dry skin. If your skin is only slightly dry, you can try out which of the two creams works best for you.

SAFE SPACEis a treatment with ceramides, squalane and B12. Ideal for all skin types dealing with dry patches, cracks, and a weakened barrier. If you wish, you can use the ceramide treatment daily in the evening. Depending on how dry your skin is, you can also apply the fluid under your Basis Creme if your skin needs it.

How does Root & Grow differ from other creams?

The Base Cream tackles the causes of skin problems instead of just superficially treating the symptoms.

This cream is without fragrances and essential oils, without foreign oils that completely throw the skin out of balance, and without active ingredients.

Instead, we use squalane, a skin-identical fat that occurs naturally in the skin. The older and drier the skin is, the less squalane it has. So you can replenish this deficit a little.

The stronger your skin barrierbecomes, the better it can retain moisture and nourish itself again. This means that every time you apply this cream, you help your skin become stronger. The stronger it becomes, the fewer chances inflammations and irritations, such as redness and eczema, have.

Green tea, as the best-researched antioxidant, inhibits redness and inflammation and minimizes blackheads, pimples, and "blemishes" due to its sebum-regulatingeffect.

The Base Cream supports your skin microbiomethrough ferments and a skin-neutral pH value of 5.5, which stabilizes the acid mantle. This ensures that bad bacteria cannot multiply well and your skin is protected from environmental aging.

What is the pH value of the Base Cream?

The cream has a pH value of 5.5. Skin has a pH value between 5 and 6. This slightly acidic range maintains the skin's acid mantle, which ensures that bad bacteria cannot multiply easily.

What packaging is the product in?

The product is packaged in a pump bottle made of dark glass. This ideally protects it from light, so that the ingredients do not lose their effectiveness. We reserve the right to change the packaging without prior notice.

How long is the cream stable?

6 months after opening, indicated by the small jar symbol on the label with the inscription "6M."

How long can I use the cream?

The 50ml version lasts approx. 2-6 months depending on usage.

The 4ml version is for testing and should last approx. 1-2 weeks depending on usage.
