If you have itching, spray 2-4 sprays onto damp skin and cover with cream or oil. If your skin is over-cared for, we recommend using only the essence on slightly damp skin without any subsequent care.
If you have perioral dermatitis, use only this essence and no other skin care products for at least 4 weeks (unless a dermatologist has prescribed something else).
